Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your VDM pieces, so if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all hygiene liners and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene stickers are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
